Q: How does the Checking process work?

A: When you register for a new account, we will provide you with a Guide to the system, detailing how to update Jobs / Properties with relevant screenshots.

After registering with Check First you are able to enter the details of a Job or Property on offer.  This action generates a unique reference code for each Job / Property added to the system.

To enable individuals to apply for a particular Job or Property you can enter their names and email address within the system which generates an email for Candidates to register and submit their application against.  Alternatively you can advertise the Job or Property URL and Access Code on your website or other forum for Candidates to register and submit their application against.

For an Employer Account when sufficient applications have been received, these can easily be compared allowing you to compile a short-list.  At this point you can initiate any number of background screening checks.

For a Landlord Account when the Tenant submits their application at any point you can initiate any number of background screening checks.

Provided there are sufficient credits on the account, you can then authorise Check First to complete the Checks.

Once Checks have been conducted, you will receive an email that the report is ready for you to view from your online account.
